My father Charles started this journey with nothing but a deep love for cooking and a dream. His passion for food, work ethics and limitless creativity shaped his journey through line cook, private chef and F&B manager. He helped others build their own brand and restaurant, and dreamed of starting one he could call his own—what is now Saffron Indian Cuisine in Norwalk, CT. Running this restaurant isn’t just a job—it’s honoring his passion every day through food, service, and community.
